I was watching the Republican Convention, and Arnold had a really good speech. I'll have to post some of the highlights of his speech later.

Hey everyone, been real busy, but I'm sitting in one of my computer classes at BCC and decided to make a post.

Its been a while since I've been able to post. I graduated Basic Training a week or so ago and am in Security Forces tech school now. Basically its the military police academy. Still don't know where I'm going to be stationed but I should find out in a few weeks. I'm praying for Patrick AFB cause its so close to home... so knowing my luck I'll end up in Alaska.

They are telling all the SF guys that we are more than likely going to get sent to Iraq within 6 months of leaving tech school. I dont really mind going. The only bad thing is when they were taking questions today in class I asked when we were going to get to shoot people. My instructor told me that I probably wouldnt get to kill anyone. When I asked him what the point of going to Iraq was if I didnt get to kill people he got aggrivated. Im so happy now, I get to aggrivate my teachers again... I got yelled at when I did that in basic.

Well I gotta go for now... I'll try to post more often now that I've remembered my password and have access to a computer.

It's been a busy week, so sorry I haven't posted.

I started college. I have 5 classes, so that's a lot of homework. A lot of reading, which I still haven't bothered to do. Oh well, I'll do it this weekend.

My modem screwed up two days ago, but I got a new one today. Steam is having a Beta test of the Half-Life 2 server using Counter-Strike: Source. The physics on that game is awesome, if you haven't seen the game preview for Half-Life 2, go look it up.

I have to get up and mow the yard before school, so that's fun. I'm so tired right now, I don't know why. I need sleep.

The hurricane came and left, as you might have noticed. I roughed it out like a man. I tied myself to a tree and fought the hurricane for three hours... Ok, not really. I tied the cat to the tree though. So if anyone in the Central Florida area finds a black and white cat, missing what I'm guessing is a left paw we found in the neighbor's yard, please send him back home.

Other than that, I've been busy all day taking care of After-Hurricane mess. Tree fell onto the old house, but not to worry the powerlines broke its fall. The powerlines didn't snap, which was good. We had to climb on top of the house and cut the bigger branches before pulling the tree all the way over with the jeep.

I have to get up later today, to do work at my grandma's house and chop up the tree we pulled down. Oh, and remove the protective coverings from the windows.

Then School starts Monday... Damn.

I went and saw Alien vs. Predator tonight, and it's a great movie. Especially since I'm a big Alien and Predator fan. I'm glad they finally got around to making this film.

I'll try and post later, if I'm not too busy, other than that I need sleep.

Don't have much time, I've been doing Hurricane Prep. All day.

Working at My house and my Grandma's. Now I have to run to our old house, ( we're fixing up to sell ) and make sure it's protected.

We just finished putting Metal Shields around the Windows and Back Porch, so we should be fine.

I called to check on David's mother, since she's all alone with him in the Airforce. I asked if she needed my to come over and help her with anything. She said she has the back window taped up, and has all her provisions, so I think she'll be ok.

It is a level 4 hurricane, the top level being 5. Andrew was a 4, and that demolished a bunch of houses. I'm praying for minimal damage and to keep everyone safe.

Hurricane is supposed to hit down here tomorrow. What and appropriate date for it, Friday the 13th. I'll probably be outside with a skateboard and a bed sheet.

I got a call from David yesterday, he graduates tomorrow. We basically just caught up with whatever was new.

Still waiting for my Free Army Gym Bag. I sent in one of those cards, and I've already been harassed by the Army Recruiters, trying to get me to join. Maybe one day, but I'd like to get some college first if not finish college.

Talk about the witching hour. I got a call from my Girlfriend around 3a.m. telling me that she heard her front door open and someone inside her house. I couldn't convince her to call the cops, she just wanted to leave.

Armed with a pocket knife and a metal bat, I jumped into my Jeep and speed over there. I caught her in her car leaving her neighborhood. She apparently run for the door, didn't check to see if anyone was in her house, and left.

We came back to my house, tried to let her call her mother but no one answered. I couldn't get her to call the cops, she didn't want to deal with the questions and so forth. So now she's spending the night at a friends house.

To save any comments about me not grabbing a gun and going over there, Hey I'm only 18. ( turning 19 ) I don't have a handgun ( state law says you have to be 21 to buy ) and my .357 lever-action rifle is locked away in my father's gun-safe. When the time comes, you grab what you can. Any of you want to donate an AR-15 or a .45 ACP ( 21 to buy, 18 to own... Ridiculous) then be my guest.

Well, I finally got around to writing David the other night, now all I have to do is send the letter.

Other than that, I've got a Birthday coming up this month, it'll be my 19th. I'm hoping to get a new computer, one that will efficiently run Doom3 and Half-Life 2.

Other than that, I'm studying up to get my Motorcycle's license. I have to take some course that costs $235. Bit expensive, but I really want a motorcycle. Then again, I also want an AR-15 but we always don't get what we want.
